Villa Ravel was completed in June 2004 and is located in the best area of San Sebastian; with spectacular views of La Concha Bay from its fabulous terrace, it is only 20 meters from the beach and only a few minutes away from the 'old town', the beautiful city attractions, museums and shopping areas.

'La Perla' is right across the road from the Villa Ravel.

This area has all the conveniences of restaurants, shops, and easy access to buses that will take you to any part of the city.

The luxurious Villa (180 square meters) has 4 wonderful bedrooms that can host 9 guests (+) , 4 bathrooms ( three complete bathrooms, one of them with hydro massage and a half bathroom), all decorated in a modern and elegant style.

The Villa has also a private garden and an impressing view, from the upper terrace, of what is called The Pearl of the Cantabric Sea, world famous La Concha bay.

Another extra beautiful space of 40 square meters with its own bathroom is also available, being able to host confortably 12 persons at least.

The architecture is modern and comprises of three levels and a garage basement with high quality wooden floors and latest top range equipment.

Villa Ravel has also a two car (and bikes!) private garage with direct access to the home! This is something you will certainly appreciate, being able to park in the same center of the city and not worrying about parking availability, hours and payments.

with hydro massage. From this bedroom you have access to
two private terraces from one of which you have
spectacular views of the famous La Concha Bay.

An extra space with its own bathroom is available.

The designer kitchen has all the latest modern conveniences
that you could possibly need to make this a hassle-free visit to
San Sebastian. It comes with washer-dryer, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, vitroceramic, fridge-freezer.
Other appliences include juicer, coffee maker , toaster
all provided to make you feel at home.
Pots and pans, plates, cutlery is all provided
and ready for use upon your arrival.
Good quality bed linen and towels are provided.

Rental price per night: 250 € for 4 persons, 280 € for 5, 310 € for 6, 340 € for 7, 370 € for 8, 400 € for 9 persons per night. For more guests please get in contact.

Seasonal price adjustments: +25.00% from 15 June 2008 to 15 Sep 2008 +15% Christmas and new year.

Special offer: -10 % same week reservations (high season excluded)

HIGH SEASON: (June 15 to September 15 2008) : 312 € for 4 persons, 350 € for 5, 387 € for 6, 425 € for 7, 462 € for 8, 500 € for 9 persons.

August 2008: minimun reservation as for 6 persons.

Semana Grande (august 10 - 17 2008): minimun reservation as for 8 persons.

Refundable deposit: €200.00

Cleaning fee: €50.00
Host capacity: 9 persons. For bigger groups ask information and conditions.
Refundable deposit: €300.00
(to be refunded upon departure and the return of the villa in good condition)
Tax: included in all prices.

2. BOOKING INFORMATION

Once you get our answer, to process the booking, you will have to send us the Booking Form.
We will then send you a credit card payment form (Paypal).
To have a booking confirmation you will have to pay, by credit card, the 15% of the reservation amount.

3. PAYMENT

• The confirmation of the booking will take effect as soon as we receive the 15% reservation deposit.

• The advance payment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining 85% of the payment must be paid in CASH upon arrival to the property.

Remember you may not "check in" if you don't pay cash the remaining 85% .

• Important Note: Your reservation will only be FULLY EFFECTIVE when we receive the 15% booking deposit by credit card.
• Once we receive the 15% reservation deposit we will send you a booking confirmation together with some arrival and departure information as well as the house rules.

• Note that the 15% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
