located in the best area of San Sebastian; with spectacular views of
La Concha Bay from its fabulous terrace, it is only 20 meters
from the beach and only a few minutes away from the 'old town', the
beautiful city attractions, museums and shopping areas.

meters with its own bathroom. In this case Villa Ravel can host up to

Once you get our answer, to process the booking, you will have to
send us the Booking Form.
We will then send you a credit card payment form (Paypal).
To have a booking confirmation you will have to pay, by credit
card, the 15% of the reservation amount.

3. PAYMENT
The confirmation of the booking will take effect as
soon as we receive the 15% reservation deposit.
The advance payment is necessary to complete your
reservation. The remaining 85% of the payment must be paid in CASH upon
arrival to the property.
Remember you may not "check in" if you don't pay cash
the remaining 85% .
Important Note: Your reservation will only be FULLY
EFFECTIVE when we receive the 15% booking deposit by credit card.
Once we receive the 15% reservation deposit we will send you a booking
confirmation together with some arrival and departure information as
well as the house rules.
Note that the 15% reservation
deposit is non-refundable.
